Ryan Mohr
Growing up in Cave Creek, he fell in love with the Arizona landscape and all it has to offer. He understands one’s desire to live in an area with such beautiful surroundings. However, his familiarity and experience expand beyond where he grew up. Growing up playing hockey allowed him to spend significant time in various parts of the Valley, which deepened his understanding of different communities and cities. He lived in Tempe while earning a degree in Kinesiology at ASU, further expanding his awareness south of Phoenix. His experience has given him an understanding of all that Phoenix has to offer, and it does not limit him to any specific area. He has also been able to witness how much the greater Phoenix area has grown, which has been extremely useful when talking with clients about the potential future of an area and expectations for continued growth. He enjoys learning about and trying my best to stay on top of the continued expansion and revitalization of varying locations around town.
Since becoming licensed, he has familiarity with both ends of the spectrum, from working with sellers, first-time buyers, veteran buyers, and investors for rental properties and flips. Understanding the value in real estate investing, his own portfolio is underway. He has also been able to grow his knowledge of the industry, as he acquired his license in the state of Tennessee while living in Nashville from 2016 to 2019.
His wife Jen, their son Cooper, and their three dogs are now back living in Cave Creek, and they couldn’t be happier.
